Error Assigning Letter X in Diskpart (default preboot Letter)

I know drive letter X: is for preboot environment but while partitioning in diskpart i want to assign letter X to my one of my drives. It is showing error as it is for preboot by default can you please let me know how can i do this?

This is what usually is called "looking for trouble".

You mean when you run diskpart in the PE?

Good, so you can experiment with the suggestions in the given link (that one is related to WinPE 3.x, aka Windows 7 based, later PE's may behave differently).
