I couldn't install LH PDC build from official DVD on my Compaq N1020v. I got black screen after hardware detection screen (nothing happen then). Did somebody install LH4051 on compaq laptop? Or maybe someone resolved this problem?

I think that hw is okay because I have installed also win2003srv std and it works fine.

Any ideas?

It sounds like a missing driver in Longhorn issue. Since you've got a legal copy, try posting on the Microsoft newsgroups or emailing Microsoft for support.

I have not seen anybody else with this reported problem.
