Hi,

I have downloaded all the needed patches for XP and have copied them to the correct folders.

When I run XPCREATE though, it generates the following error:

Slipstreaming MDAC update
File not found - *271*.CAT

Everything else seems to run ok.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Dave

edit: Better attach my log file, huh? :)

Attached File(s)

Welcome to MSFN, ddave!

As stated on the XPCREATE Web Site a couple of times ... use an Original Windows XP CD ...

For all those listening: The file NEWFILES\LOGFILES.CAB is a compressed version of the log files. Please attach when reporting errors.
