Sorry if my question is kinda stupid@silly.I want to know,if i got WinXP SP1a retail Original CD, which hotfixes and updates should I slipstream?I follow the details from GM website and get all the listed HF and Upd. After all the slipstream I install the ISO.The problem is, the installed OS is very slow at winlogon screen(list of user account appear). It takes about 3 minutes to load with just the Admin. account installed no account created.I also sometimes got RUNDLL32.DLL error message, LUNA Styles corrupted. My Quicklaunch missing from its spot and NO THEMES.What happened? What i've done wrong? :)

If you have attempted to create a CD with just the bare minumum - Original CD, Service Pack, and ONLY the hotfixes from the Failsafe List - post you LOGFILES.CAB file here. You should NOT be seeing any RUNDLL type errors, something has gone amiss ...

either one will do. SP1a excludes JavaVM.
