how to disable boot screen need help Rate Topic: -----

i looked on googles search but i cant find the disabling the boot scrren.\
can some1 help me plx

Open up your boot.ini file (root of Master hard drive) and add this line to the entry of the OS you want to remove the bootscreen from
/NOGUIBOOT

so it'll look something like this:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /fastdetect /NOGUIBOOT

There's nothing else to do other than replacing the boot screen with a colored one- I mean you can't skip the boot screen or anything, it's loading stuff during that time.
