I cant boot to windows because of a missing hal.dll file and i don,t have the install cd. Is there a way to download a boot disk that can get me to command prompt or something so i can reinstall the file? I cant even get to command prompt. Please help me......

umm.. question, you dont have the install cd but you have the hal.dll file? :)
just reinstall or repair the setup when you find your install cd
