I am running Windows XP and a warning box has appeared as follows:-
"Attribute:
Power on Hours count changes from 98 to 97."
Clicking on OK removes the box.
Can anyone explain this, please?
Georgio

looks like you are using S.M.A.R.T. to monitor your diskhealth

when the counter is 0 your harddisk should fail ;-)

P.S.

S.M.A.R.T. is an HDD self-testing and monitoring technology
