hi i have a 128mb ddr powercolor radeon 9600pro..i was just wondering about the little jumper near the fan, it says J3 but i don't know what it does. can anyone tell me what' it's for...
and on the box---it says that the clock is 400/400 but when i've checked it with ati tool it just shows that 398/230+ something like that...please help....tnx

why would u want to wonder about the little jumper on the card?
if its on the manual just look at it, if not don't even bother with it.
u could end up f'ing it!
the clock probably is not 400/400 the max might be that.

Dont know about the speed sorry.

Is that a jumper or a DIP switch? If its a DIP switch its used for changing between PAL and NTSC standards for the video-out.
