A good program !!! I love it !
Makes the taskbar Transparency

Some times de program Stops ... ( i mean stop the transparency ) .
_ Changing themes ...
_ intaling programs ( After instal )

Program has been out for a longtime....and bug has exsist also, make sure you place a shortcut in the startup folder on your start menu.

HelioBar is good for making the Taskbar transparent, don't think I discovered any bugs in the 2 days of using it. (I deleted it cos I'm not keen on transparency, find it annoying IMO)

Go ahead and try it for a couple of days.... Make a RESTORE POINT before you install it - just in case.

I agree with AAronXP -- gets annoying after a day or so. I also uninstalled fairly quickly.

I uninstalled it because my bar was getting way to dark and it was messing with my start-menu.

I also deleted it. It wouldn't save the transparency setting :)
