Peter G
Hi guys!I have 2 computers with Windows XP Pro. The first one is connected with the internet thru a Sagem ethernet modem (Tiscali in Germany). In that first one is also another ethernet card, that one is connected to my second computer. On the first computer I shared the internet connection, so also on my second computer I have internet. On the first computer I installed Norton Internet Security 2003, my question now is: is my second computer also behind the firewall of my first computer?? Or is it still open to the internet?? Thx,Peter
Zuig
What basically happens is that all your network traffic from the second machine will be redirected through the first computers NIC who is connected to the internetSo if your Firewall is properly configured it is protected by your firewall.
