Hi there
I've several distribution lists in my contacts
and I set rules to use them
for example
say google & yahoo are in AAA distribution list
if mail recieved from AAA list
put them into this folder : new folder

now when I make this rule and add aaa list to the rule it tells me that
(screen capture from one of my actual lists)


and after I get this message there is like no point in making a list
how can I make a list that outlook likes?

Is Outlook 2003 stand alone or running in conjunction with Exchange?

its not with exchange or sharepoint

those lists: use it to mass mail, mass organize with rules etc.
I mean it says personal dist list is there a non personal list? if so how do i setup that? what's the purpose of having a list? :cry:
