Editing a cabinet file Rate Topic: -----

Hello

i need to edit a cab file and am having no luck. what do you use to edit these files. when i tried to extract it the duplicate files inside are removed and that is not good.

any help would be appreciated

Hi Stingy,
Their are applications that will let you do what you want. If it's just for a couple of files you can download a trial version, then nuke the install when your done.
Here's one that may work for you:
Universal Explorer

that i know of u cant delete a duplicate post

just edit the post and put something like [duplicate - removed]

back on the subject, u can make a cab via cmd line

makecab filename outputname
