Hi,

I have made this plugin for symantec antivirus corporate edition v8.1. but i dont know how to register and start the services. so i am sharing the files here, there are 3 services, defwatch, rtvscan and symevent. if any one can get these started it should work off the cd.

There is also another problem which i was not able to fix. when you first start the antivirus, it shows that it is not able to access the scan engine, but after a few minutes it starts working by itself.

so if any one would like to give it a try. i dont have much knowledge about registry and services so i cannot complete it.

i have attached the files. the plugin folder contains the plugin for bartpe builder, the files text file is the list of files. note that the virus deifnition dates will change.

and i have also attached 2 screen shots of it working, but partially, and another showing the error.

the reg file is to stop the windows installer screen from appearing.

Have you done anymore with this?

I'm new to BartPE, and I don't quite understand how to make use of the files you provided.

I'm running SAV Corp Ed. 8.0
