...and the link for the v2.0 beta is at Blubster.net

(not .com - where the stable v1.2.3 release is, but no resume)

Okay...that looks very cool! I guess I need to start a new topic but my question is this. Is there a tool that gets all of Kazaa off your system? I want all traces of Kazaa and Kazaa lite gone.

Okay...I have adaware plus and it runs constantly so there are no spyware keys on my computer. I was just checking to make sure there is nothing that adaware would miss.

No it connects in under 10 seconds, it could well be your pesky router. A new version is coming out with beter port configuration. enabling you to change what ports it uses etc etc.
People also have problems if they run zone alarm, or norton firewall. They block ports you havent told them to.. which i hate!

Blubster is for MPŁ only.. but its planned to include music videos and other music formats. They guy who programmed and released this i think he was about 19 when he did it.. and hes about 20 / 21 now.
**** that makes me feel an old llama!

Blubster won't connect for me. What ports do I need to check on my Cable/DSL Router? Any other secrets to know about?

Try these guides, like i said, ZA, norton firewall, and routers cause the problems, but its nearly always fixable:

Downloading Blubster now, thanks for recommending it, Kazaa was getting a little long in the tooth. I just love my downloads cancelling half way through because some yokel decides he doesn't want to share anymore :)

Thanks Fthrjack for the link! It showed how to check Norton Firewall and also my router. It turns out that I did not have the port 4117 open on my router. Now it works great!

Rick :)
