I am having a problem with an Outlook client that someone may have a suggestion for. I have Outlook 2000 Client connecting on a domain to an Exchange 2000 Server. The client is running Windows XP. When closing Outlook, the Outlook.exe process will not end automatically. The process either has to be ended manually, or the machine must be rebooted. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thx!

Usually, this is attributed to the MAPISP32.EXE process not shutting down.
Do you have any software installed that may be using this (or interfacing
with Outlook) such as FAX software or PDA synchronization software, or spam busting software?
