I tried to install his office 2003 spainish edition in my d drive. A shortcut was created on the desktop after the installation. The problem is when I tried to launch the shourtcut, the eng office was started. I checked the shortcut, it was linked to the spainish one in my d drive. Please help. Thank you very much.

I think this problem can be best solved if you create a new user account for your roommate.

So, when he logs in, he can open his Spanish version without problems. And, when you log in, you can open your English version without problems, too.
