can i install it via divxdec.ax and regsvr32.exe, and regedit?

this is the line in my runonceex:

REG ADD %KEY%\019 /V 2 /D "regsvr32.exe divxdec.ax /s" /f


first you have to copy the file into the windows/system32/ folder.
place it in $OEM$/$$/system32 on your cd/dvd.
