I recently emailed Google themselves and was told that there aren't any switches for the new toolbar installer, I emailed them back and complained about it, I also noticed they include one now that goes on your taskbar, but unsure if there are any switches for it at this time either.
Maybe someone else can enlighten us as to how to go about installing one of these features, I personally like the toolbar one best.

Make your batch file copy that DLL to wherever you want it then run regsrv32.exe /s path\to\dll\GoogleToolbar1.dll
dirty method but it works.. we'll have to manually install the toolbar every time a new version comes out and copy the new DLL until they put the switches back.
Wonder why they dont work anymore??

Very simple, man!
Switches are not the sole solution in every situation.

Listen, The game! I'm joking to you.
Your MSI is good but needs some cleaning.
Stay tuned.

Switch: /s /qn (or /q /d)
Full syntax: GoogleToolbarInstaller.exe /s /qn
Full syntax: GoogleToolbarInstaller.exe /q /d
Extraction needed: No
Note: /d installs Google Toolbar without Advanced Features
If you want to tailor the way the google toolbar looks after install - simply configure the look and options for the toolbar and then close IE. Open regedit and then export
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\NavClient\1.1\Options]and add it to your regtweaks.reg file.
Enjoy!
