I downloaded Visiosonic's PCDJ FX and was wondering if anyone can tell me how to edit the .SKN file used to skin the app??????????

Those are internal VB / Windows color codes.
Someone here: Color Picker wrote an exe file so you can change the color of the skin.
Maybe this is what you wanted?
