Samurize is a great tool that also suports custom scripts that you can use to
implement the programs information you need.

You might want to take a look at Systernal's free BGInfo http://www.sysintern...re/bginfo.shtml.

You may find it incorporated in many of the WindowsXP rescue CDs that can be found on the Internet, and is very configurable.

Check out the link for a detailed explanation and screenshots.

Kind regards,

EDIT... Sorry not a reg tweak either, but at 100K download, you'll find it one of the smallest around. Check out some of their other cool apps too!

I found a tool that admins can run on a network and get anything they want. Advanced Remote Info (ARI) has all you need to remotely manage a 200/XP network. You can not only see the basic processor info, but you see user name, product key, running process, services, installed applications, even desktop screen shots. I can also force shutdown and reboot.

The link http://masterbootrec...dremoteinfo.php.

Just thought you might like it. It has been a great tool for me so far

I vote for BGInfo as well - go for it.
The best utility for your purpose.
