Okay It says i need -
Windows XP CD with Service Pack 1 Slipstreamed

Well I have Windows XP Pro, but what does it mean by it WITH SP1 Slipstreamed? Does that mean that it has to already have SP1 intigrated with it? can't i just install SP1 along with my other windows updates under my svcpack.inf file? or do I NEED to make a slipstream SP1 cd?

It makes it easier if you slipstream it... :) Saves some space too!

if you haven't made a SP1 cd, wait a couple weeks and SP2 will be out. Then just make a SP2 cd.

Exactly, and it saves time and headaches too!

Here's a nice guide which is easy to follow:
