There is an option in the winnt.sif to set the location of Documents and Settings. Make a search on the forum or look in the winnt.sif's help file.

u can do that in the Winnt.sif file!!
by adding this:
[GuiUnattended]
ProfilesDir="C:\Documents and Settings\"

This is exactly what we do where I work, and is the reason why I got involved with unattended installs in the first place.
Note that you cannot create and format the D partition on the fly using only an unattended install. You'll have to use a commercial utility or something like BartPE to do that.
