Not sure where to post this but I have a strange problem. I have winzip 8.1 installed and on some zip files, when I download from the internet IE downloads into a temporary folder before loading winzip. I dont want this to happen how can I get the save dialogue back. I can right click and do "save as" but that only works on sites that have not disabled the right mouse button.

I have completely quit "saving" downloads -- I always choose OPEN. Then - when done downloading - my zip application (I use PowerArchiver) opens. I can go ahead and unzip the contents - but I can also Save As the archive where I want it. Works for me....

Open Windows Explorer, click Tools / Folder Options. Click the File Types tab, scroll down to ZIP, then find a checkbox somewhere in there (you may have to click Advanced or something like that to find it, depending on your version of Windows) called Confirm Open After Download. Make sure it's checked and click Ok, and that should fix the problem.
