Is it recommended to let setup, after finishing the installation of all the applications, delete the %systemdrive%/Install/... folders using the deltree command launched by a .cmd file at the end of the batch?

I figured this could be easily done because the files would be in the way anyway...

As long as none of the applications you install expect those files to be there then it is safe. The vast majority of applications wouldn't, and you'd probably know if one of them did.
