it is safe to remove VALUEADD from XPCD folder?

The only folder that you need is the i386 folder, you can get rid of all the others. The only thing that I've ever used in the valueadd foler is netBEUI.

yeah, it's useless for a normal user. it contains (many 3rd party) tools that aren't needed. you can remove it or if you want to save some space and maintain them, compress them in zip or rar filetypes.
