Burning question Best way to get casettes onto cd's

Can anyone tell me what the best software is for taking analog tapes and converting them to wav files for burning to a cd?I'm looking for the best quality I can get........thanks :) :rolleyes:

easy, not sure on the software as theres a lot about so other people can suggest what to use, i think you can even use the media recoder built into windows but it wont filter out the hiss and crackle.

just plug the MIC socket into the line in on your sound card and et voila.

i just noticed you can use blubster for this, under the my music tab. :)

Speakin' of sound cards...

I recommend the new Creative SoundBlaster Extigy External Sound Card..
I use it on my laptop, and my desktop..

It owns!
