skippyretard
you can change what it says by editing OEMINFO.INI in your windows\system32 folder. also you can add an image to the bottom left area by naming it OEMLOGO.BMP, but i forgot the size limit. hope this helps. gret
i do have oeminfo.ini in the system32 folder but now i'm thinking maybe i didn't delete oeminfo.in_ in the i386 folder..also, from wat i know, oeminfo shows when you go to your system properties, right?when you go to your system information, on the system summary, under system manufacturer and system model... it both shows "To Be Filled By O.E.M."i thought it was from directx coz that's where i first noticed it...thanks for helping, -gret
skippyretard
[General]Manufacturer = Cheetah ComputerModel = Cheetah 3200GESupportURL = http://www.cheetahcomputer.comThis is an example if you want to customize it. You can run MAKECAB OEMINFO.INI from the command line and it will give you a OEMINFO.IN_ file you can drop in your I386 folder. Yes it shows up in system properties.
