Hi everyone,
I just got myself a new printer to replace the old one but i am having a hell of a time trying to get it work.It now eightdays and i have notbeen able to get it work. The printer in question is an HP 3520 DESKJET,
Having done this before with many printers i could not dream of taking that long to get this one done. HERE IS WHAT IS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH,EVERY TIME I PUT THE SOFTWEAR IN AND HIT RUN IT TAHE ME TO THE FIRST STAGE BUT NOTHING ELSE.IT WILL THEN STOP AND TELL ME THAT "WINDOW INSTALLER PACKAGE A PROGRAM REQUIRED FOR THIS INSTALL TO COMPLETE COULD NOT BE RUN. "contact your support persona or package vendor... Can sone one help me here .

you could try reinstalling your os from scratch and then installing the printer drivers also is this a usb printer. or look on hp and download the newst drivers

Search for HP 3520 DESKJET in the http://www.hp.com website, which is the Hewlett Packard homepage, it will have links to the latest drivers

........keep trying. I always have a problem when i install my printer. At the end when i try different stuff, it works.
