Nothing to do with forums.
Check your (if) router. Check the hosts file to make sure you haven't been hijacked by a program that changes it. Also check (scan) if you PC has been hijacked.
The use of a 'pl.html' suggests to me that this might be some sort of hijack.

So this is not a "Site and Forum issue"........ maybe this thread to be moved to a different section?

Are you still having this problem?
If you already checked what xper suggested, and its proper now, that's good.
But if you are still having this error message, maybe I can help if you tell exactly when the message comes - is the site accessible on your terminal? Is the forums coming up (if not, then how did you post
)? At what exact point (when you click button "X" or something...) does the message show up? Is the error shown in the site's page, or is it a dialog-box shown on your machine alone?

its not happening anymore, i didnt have spyware or anything, but whenever id load the forum page.. just b4 it loaded the forum it gave that message
