Tweak for Security Warning Rate Topic:

The picture says it all. I want to have this checked by default. I tried RegShot but for whatever reason Office decided to get in my way and add a million registry tweaks into the same shot. Now I don't know how to reenable it to shoot again.

I think it's the third reg line but i'm not 100% sure.
