Has anyone tried to slipstream XP Pro that comes on the VPC for Mac? Will SP 2 even run on VPC in Mac? If it will run on it, how would one go about doing a slipstream for the version which comes with VPC for the Mac? Since the Mac version uses a different key, I was wondering how one would go about doing a slipstream of SP-2 for it, or if it would even be possible to do it. I haven't, as of yet, attempted to put SP-2 on my Mac as it's a critical system to me, so I haven't even beta'd it on it yet. I have as of yet to find any documentation for it about compatibility or anything.

I was curious because I didn't know if my Key from my OEM version from my Mac VPC, will work with my slipstream of XP with SP-2 disk which isn't made from the one which comes with my Mac VPC, it's made from my retail version.

You can try installing it and checking out.
The most negative that could happen is that the Virtual machine might crash. Your main system would be fine. The critical system will be fine as long as you don't do anything that will impact the main system, virtual machine has no play in it! :)
