If people dont like seeing the unpacking box that appears while installing nero, just extract the files from the original nero****.exe and use the same string as before on the setup.exe

Only drawback is the extra space. +70mb.

Well, you can modify the nero installer right there - to disable the extraction box showing, and also to cut down on size of package. The package is just an SFX RAR archive!

Cool... I've just done what you said, will try out soon. :)

Also applying this to openoffice! as the unpacked 1.1.3rc is 140mb! in the SFX it's only 50mb.... :lol:

I saw better compression for OO.o when using 7zip archiver.

how did you get it to install after SFX? I can't get it to install with a responce.txt
