Win 98 lost file Rate Topic: -----

anyone who can help? we use a win 98 as our main system for all our website images. the folder with all our images disappeared last night and is no where to be found. have run search for that folder. any ideas on how to get it back?

If you need to recover deleted data from HDD, there's any number of tools available to do that. The one I found to be good for this was Easy Recovery Professional v6.

thank you. the program was able to find the folder but it was deleted. do you know how to recover a deleted item that did not go into the recycle bin?

prathapml just said that you could use Easy recovery to recover deleted files from the disk

Problem solved... Have to add, i wish 98 SE had a recovery prog just like XP. :rolleyes:
