Windows Update first run

After Windows XP SP2 is installed and check WU to see if no updates are avaliable it ask about to download new WU software.

This download takes a few minutes.

Is there any way to pre-download this "update" and add to default unattended Install?

First thing is to get get the KB##### and go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search....?displaylang=en then download the update and slipstream them into the Install by using the /integrate: <flatlocation> switch.

After that you should be set

Is the ActiveX application which is updated at first run of Windows Update (you mus click once) and BEFORE any update is checked. There is no KB#### for this.
I read about RyanVM package, and understood it does. I'm wondering how he made it.
