Hey there!

Every once in a while, I program in Visual Basic and like the "ToolWindow" style as opposed to default "Sizeable" style. I was wondering if you could (easily) change the various "styles" for Windows itself, or specific apps with ResHacker. Could anybody point me in the right direction? :huh:

And if this isn't exactly the perfect forum, I wasn't sure which one it would go to. Heh.
