if you want to rename MY COMPUTER, click one with the left button on that icon

maybe that regsitry tweak is not good. it uses special characters or something is wrong with importing that file
try to llok into that site i gave you, there are a lot of alternative tweaks or you can always go here: Kelly's Corner there is a huge collection of useful tweaks.
