i still cant attach a picture, i dunno whats wrong there? .. or else i would've attached a screenshot of the problem i had with the fast reply

As I already said once... there's probably a reason for that - imagine what would happen if everybody attached many many pics a day.
Added the screenshot you sent.
It is sort of assumed that certain forums will only have text flowing back and forth, and some other forums are too much of a "flooding server with uploads" risk to enable attaching. For example, "site and forum issues" - not really needed to have file uploads enabled. And if anyone DOES want to attach, we'll do it for you.
