sounc card at their web site:

Sorry, azagahl. You can only create a RAM disk up to 32 megabytes.
The ram disk driver (ramdrive.sys) allows creating ram drives no greater
than 32 Mb.
You can also try removing the SoundBlaster Live Sound card and place it
into another PCI expansion slot, which will use different system resources
and may work better.
By the way, soldier1st how big is your hard drive on your PCs?

cmd.exe for use with Windows 98. Has far more functionality than the command.com included with Windows 98.
Free of course.

That is only if using Microsoft RAMDRIVE.SYS, which is an obsoleted tool.
But there is a better one, called XMSDSK [Extended Memory Disk],
which can create a RAM disk up to 2 GB [limited of course, by your installed RAM amount
XMS/EMS RAMdisk v1.9i 16-bit DOS TSR improved Microsoft RAMDRIVE.SYS
replacement for MS-DOS 5/6/7/8 + Windows 3.1x/9x/ME [74 KB, freeware]:

XMS/EMS RAMdisk v1.9i with installer/uninstaller for Windows 9x/ME [114 KB,
freeware]:
ftp://planetbrown.ei...IN/ramdrive.exe
Loads and resizes the RAM drive (up to 2 GB) from AUTOEXEC.BAT or native
MS-DOS prompt. Does NOT shift drive letters. Includes two separate drivers:
XMSDSK.EXE (loads in extended RAM: requires an upper/extended memory manager
in CONFIG.SYS) and EMSDSK.EXE (loads in expanded RAM: requires EMM386.EXE
with the "RAM" switch or any other 3rd party expanded memory manager in
CONFIG.SYS).
Uses 688 Bytes of upper DOS RAM if loaded with LOADHIGH in AUTOEXEC.BAT (upper
memory manager required in CONFIG.SYS).
See "BROWSER CACHE IN MEMORY" for more info:

Hope this helps.

I'm guessing this entry came from you re the new animated logo?
Thanks very much.
PS: actually, one way or the other(setting), not getting any screen at all.

ok ...
your taskmanager is much more stylish and has more functions....
but mine is only 18kbyte and yours around 2000kbyte, an argument?
