I always wanted to get one of those too, but they cost far too much so I got my HTPC in a cheap case instead 
As for finding one that ships overseas, I doubt I can be of much help... (although lots of places carry them now, I even remember seeing some on ebay) and there are other ones (even nicer) and custom built ones (a guy on AVSForum makes nice ones, anyways).

Alienware is a reseller of Ahanix and they ship in Europe 
All you have to do is ask them to deliver you the case ...
