Hi,
Is it possible to re-arrange the "Folder List" in Outlook 2002?
My folder list used to be sorted alphabetically, but now my "Personal Folders" folder has somehow moved itself to the top above everything else.
Re-arranging it again alphabetically would be fine but I don't have a clue how to do it!
Thanks,
Gray

Click Start, Run and type regedit then click ok.
Go to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
The profile could be the "User ID" or "Default Profile"
Find the Key with the data of the user name as it appears in the Outlook directory ..i.e. (Lastname, First M.) The Key is 001e3001
There are several keys by this name in the profile but only two with the username as a value.
In these two values change the data to read as this example demonstrates. mailbox - Lastname, First M.
Do not modify the name. Just add the "mailbox - " part to it. The spaces and the dash must be present.
This is an Exchange server problem and usually only occurs with users with last names that start with the letter R or after.
