@kurt476 you should use search to find things first instead of posting a new topic. This has been discussed before. TuneUp Utilities uses windows installer so the switches I recommend is /qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress or /qb REBOOT=ReallySuppress.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\TuneUp\Utilities\4.0]
"UserName"="BioHaZaRD"
"Company"="BioHaZaRD iND. CoRP."
"RegCode"="key"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TuneUp\Utilities\4.0]
"UserName"="BioHaZaRD"
"Company"="BioHaZaRD iND. CoRP."
"RegCode"="key"
