Metallic as Default Rate Topic: -----

I put this in my .reg file
;Use the Metallic Theme
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ThemeManager]
"ColorName"="Metallic"
"SizeName"="NormalSize"



But I still get the default Blue... any suggestions?

Yes I've searched the forums.
