I'm looking for the switch of this program. It is a WISE installer so /s should install this silently. But Im looking for other switches so it will not install the firewall and the antivirus, and if possible, to register it as well.

There are no other switches to achieve what you are trying to do. You must use an autoit script. Look in link below for an autoit script. (don't remember if its an autoit script for system mechanic or not, check anyway it can't hurt)
