How do I enable Windows 98se to display JPG Photos? All I get is a blank
box with a red X in the upper left corner.

Can you be a bit more specific? Windows does not display jpegs; some program within Windows displays them. Are you talking about Internet Explorer?

Yes, it is Internet Explorer 6 and Outlack Express.
