Hi everyone... I was wondering if you-all could help me: I'm trying to find a graphics software program that take the photograph & turn it into a cartoon & blend it with more cartoons -- a photo head turned into a cartoon head & body without much problem... I know you can do it, I just don't know of the software. Can you help anyone?
