I just found this page on betanews.

This is a direct download link. (18.86 MB)

I downloaded and installed it. It's faster than older versions.

It extracts its files here:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Setup Files\RdrBig\ENU

It has SpeedUp feature built in. Have a look at the Optional folder and you'll know why it's faster.
