Technical support for a clean, efficient system
I've recently start this as a hobby so I wrote up a technical document that anyone should be able to understand.
If you have any tips, tricks, or advice to offer, please do post as I will update the file. :)

Ummm, you probably want to add that they need to install all critical updates from windowsupdate. That's kind of extremely important for a "clean" system.

Good point. I've written this document as I originally had it on my Tarun Nightfyre deviantArt account to offer support for my friends.
This is why the first line reads, "If you want me to clean your system, here's what you have to do."
I do thank you for the advice, and it would make sense to add that so I'll be sure to tack it in. :)
Update: Added the Windows Update tips. ;)
Sidenote: ConTEXT makes a great editor for these documents.

Did a total overhaul and update. Now included many other good applications, browser checks and recommendations and more.
Version 2.0 of the site is now live.
Btw, I will be checking this post as well. So if you want to post your Hijack This log here I can do my best at cleaning your system. :D
