Extract avafind.msi from the exe file using WinRar. Put the msi in your install folder. Set your RunOnce as follows.

REG ADD %KEY%\074 /VE /D "AvaFind" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\074 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\Install\avafind.msi /qn" /f
