Problems installing Rate Topic: -----

Just wondering if anyone can help?
I have installed the theme patch update but when i download a visual style and go to display it the wallpaper and icons come up but the start menu and takbar stay the same. I can only choose the original windows colours and style.

Hope someone can shed some light on the topic.

u need 2 get the uxtheme.dll for your version of windows.. if u have sp2 (which most of us do) get the uxtheme.dll for sp2.. if u have another build get it from there, u can google for these :)
