How to read this File (C++) Rate Topic: -----

I know c but never tried file handling I beleive some one can help me...


Attached is the hex dump of a file I need to read.....

First I have to find the value "Pattern"(it's first occurence) and then read the value 6ccf30b3.Please take a look at the screen shot....
